To make an enquiry regarding a visit to for a potential placement for your child, please click the button below and complete the Microsoft Form.

Once your enquiry has been received, a member of the school team will review the information provided and contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a visit to the school.

Please note: All pupils attending must have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Enquiries for children without an EHCP will not be progressed as the school is designated to support pupils with an EHCP.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 5 working days during term time, although this may occasionally take longer during busy periods or school holidays.
